Ingredients:
Vegeatables Ingredients:
- Potato
 - Carrot
 - Capsicum/green peppers
 - Green peas
 
Green Masala Ingredients:
- coconut - 1/2 cup
 - chopped coriander - 1/2 cup
 - chopped onion - 2 nos.
 - Garlic - 6 flakes
 - Green chilly - 8 nos.
 
Vegetables:
- Cut the vegetables
 - Heat oil in a pan
 - Add the vegetables once the oil is heated up
 - Add little bit of salt, chilly powder and masala powder for taste
 - Fry the vegetables and allow it to cook
 
Grind the following
- Coconut
 - green chilly
 - onion
 - garlic and
 - coriander
 
- Heat oil in a pan
 - Add the grinned mixture in it
 - Allow it to cook until oil separates from the gravy
 - Now, add the cooked vegetables
 - Add salt , chilly powder and masala powder, for taste
 - Allow it to cook for some time
 - Add two table spoons of curd to the cooked mixture
 - Fry cashews in ghee
 - Add the fried cashews to the mixture
 - Mix it really well
